Sourcing

At Fourhub Technologies, our account managers and recruiters use a wide range of techniques to identify and deploy experienced, qualified professionals with diverse skills. We explore every option in our search, using:

Screening

Once we’ve received all candidate submissions, our Resource Delivery Manager and Senior Account Manager carefully review each application to create a shortlist of top contenders. These finalists then undergo a comprehensive evaluation process, which includes:

  • Verifying education and work experience to ensure accuracy
  • Initial screening to assess technical skills, domain knowledge, and personal skills
  • Technical skills assessment to gauge expertise
  • Reference and background checks for added assurance
  • Fit-to-requirement assessment, considering factors such as:

Onboarding

Once our customers have chosen their perfect candidate, we at Fourhub Tech take care of the rest. We seamlessly onboard the new team member, ensuring a smooth transition. This includes:

  • Tying up any loose ends: drug screening, job-specific verifications, or other necessary checks
  • Paperwork and documentation: employee agreements, work authorization, confidentiality agreements, and more
  • Orientation: introducing them to our policies and procedures, as well as those of our customer
