What You’ll Be Doing:

In this role, you’ll get to work on a variety of projects that ensure our systems are efficient, reliable, and able to grow with us:
Design and Manage Scalable Infrastructure: Architect and implement cloud-based and on-premises infrastructure that meets our evolving business needs, ensuring resilience, security, and scalability on platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Automate CI/CD Pipelines: Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines that make deployment fast, reliable, and repeatable. You’ll take ownership of automation projects that support our entire software development lifecycle.
Optimize System Performance: Set up and refine monitoring and logging systems, ensuring we’re proactive in identifying and resolving performance issues and downtime. You’ll also collaborate on root cause analysis to drive continuous improvements.
Mentor and Guide the Team: Share your expertise with junior engineers, leading code reviews, sharing best practices, and offering hands-on support to help them grow. You’ll be an essential resource for your team, helping everyone work more effectively.
Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with cross-functional teams (development, QA, product) to integrate DevOps practices throughout our workflows, making each step of the development and release process more seamless.
Ensure Security and Compliance: Lead security initiatives and implement compliance protocols across our infrastructure, protecting our data and ensuring that we meet industry standards.

What We’re Looking For:

We’re seeking someone who not only has technical skills but also brings a thoughtful, collaborative approach to the team:
7+ Years of DevOps Experience: You have a solid background in DevOps or related fields, with experience in deploying and managing complex infrastructure in a high-growth environment.
Advanced Technical Expertise: Proficiency in Linux/Unix systems, scripting languages (Python, Bash, Go), and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is essential. You have a strong grasp of infrastructure-as-code tools, such as Terraform or CloudFormation.
Hands-on Experience with DevOps Tools: Expertise in CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI) as well as containerization (Docker) and orchestration platforms like Kubernetes.
Problem-Solver with a Growth Mindset: You enjoy tackling challenging issues, finding innovative solutions, and optimizing processes to improve system performance.
Leadership and Mentorship Skills: Previous experience in leading technical projects and mentoring junior team members, with a supportive and collaborative approach.
