What You’ll Do:

  • User Training and Support: You’ll be the friendly face for our users! Providing support and training will help them navigate Salesforce with confidence and answer any questions they may have.
  • Process Automation: Help us streamline our workflows by building simple automations using tools like Process Builder and Flow—your input will help us work smarter!
  • Collaborate Across Teams: You’ll work with various departments to understand their unique needs and assist in implementing Salesforce solutions that make their work easier.
  • Document Best Practices: Keeping clear records of configurations, processes, and changes will ensure everyone has access to the information they need to succeed.

What You Bring to the Table:
