Senior Salesforce Administrator
About the Role:
We’re looking for a Senior Salesforce Administrator with at least seven years of experience to join our team. In this role, you’ll have a significant impact on how we use Salesforce to support our sales, marketing, and customer service efforts. We need a proactive thinker who loves creating efficient solutions, optimizing processes, and making data-driven improvements.
- Manage Salesforce: Oversee our Salesforce platform’s daily operations—setting up users, maintaining data, and ensuring system security.
- Customize for Success: Work with our teams to customize Salesforce to fit our needs, from designing workflows to building out objects and page layouts.
- Data Health: Keep our data accurate and organized, perform regular clean-ups, and support data migrations and integrations.
- Support and Training: Be the go-to expert for our users, offering training and support to help everyone use Salesforce effectively.
- Automate and Simplify: Streamline our processes with automation tools like flows and Process Builder, enhancing efficiency across teams.
- Build Reports and Dashboards: Create insightful reports and dashboards to help teams make informed decisions and understand performance.
- Optimize the Platform: Regularly review and improve our Salesforce setup for efficiency, reliability, and scalability.
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner with sales, marketing, IT, and other teams to align Salesforce with our business needs and integrate it with other systems.
- Document Best Practices: Keep clear, accessible documentation on platform configurations, changes, and best practices.
- Experienced Admin: 7+ years of Salesforce administration experience in a dynamic environment.
- Certified Professional: Salesforce Certified Administrator (required); Advanced Administrator or other certifications are a bonus.
- Technical Skills: Solid expertise in Salesforce tools, including Security Model, Data Loader, Process Builder, Flow, and Reports/Dashboards.
- Analytical Thinker: Strong problem-solver who can dig into data to optimize workflows and improve system performance.
- Clear Communicator: Able to break down technical concepts for both technical and non-technical team members.
- Organized Project Manager: Comfortable managing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines, with a focus on supporting team goals.
