Job description:
- Design, develop, and maintain features across the application.
- Debug production issues across the stack.
- Work with a diverse group of developers and stakeholders to ship a high-quality product.
- Uphold engineering standards and bring consistency to the codebase.
- Follow development processes and help improve said processes when possible.
- Refactoring legacy components/performance optimization.
- Code review with peers.
- Write up tech design documentation.
- Skills and experience we value.
- At least 4+ years of experience in web development.
- 4 years of experience with Ruby on Rails.
- TDD-based development experience.
- SQL knowledge, to architect new data models and write more performant queries for complex reports.
